Treasured Memories

My brother's beloved pet dog of 14 years passed away naturally a couple of days ago & this card is dedicated to the Treasured Memories that pets provide.

Magnolia Pink Tilda with Rose

Majority of papers are sourced from the DCWV 'Pocket Full of Posies Glitter Stack' paper pack, with the grid papers from my stash. The doily is a Cherry Lyn Design 'Waltzing Matilda'. All papers have been edged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

The Magnolia image of 'Pink Tilda with Rose' was coloured with the following Copics:

Skin: E000  E00  YR00  R20
Hair: E25  E27  E29
Dress: YR30  YR20  YR21  R39  R85  R81  W3
Wings: G00  BG32
Rose: R81  R85  R39  G82  G99

Magnolia Pink Tilda with Rose

The roses are die cut with the Maryanne Design Creatable Rose die from cardstock, rolled & edged with Kindyglitz. The Tilda image was die cut using Spellbinders Curved Rectangles, embossed & distressed with Antique Linen Distress Ink. Both of the sentiments are from Kaszazz.

This card was finished off with some White Swirl sheer ribbon (also from Kaszazz), rhinestones & finally some Kindyglitz on the wings, ribbons & flower.

I'm entering this into this card into the following challenges:

Midweek Magnolias #80: New Stash I used two new dies on this card, the Spellbinders Curved Rectangle  & the Maryanne Design Creatable Rose die, which I received as birthday gifts in December.
