My brother-in-law is one of those fitness fanatics who loves to challenge the limits of his body by competing in Ironman competitions (which are insane ultra triathlons of 3.8km swim, followed by 180km bicycle ride, finished off with a 42km marathon run!!!). He competed in one in early December and earned a place to go to Kona in Hawaii for the world championships! He celebrated his birthday the other day so I wanted to create a special card to recognise his super efforts.
