I created this card with starting with the same technique as the previous Bokeh cards tutorial, except with this one I used a starburst stencil instead of a circle stencil.
Card ingredients include:
Stamps: Kaszazz sentiment
Papers: Watercolour paper, cardstock
Distress Ink: Worn Lipstick, Green Moss, Broken China
Other: Twine, sequins, flowers, Starburst Stencil, Frost White Colorbox Chalk Ink
I'm playing along with:

Unicorn Challenge #20: Petal Power
