My niece competed in her first gymnastics competition and performed really well (understandably so considering her mother was state gymnast back in the day!) so I made this to say congratulations.

I'm playing along with this month's progressive challenge over at Simply B Facebook page. This months fun image had a recipe of a Black/White/Yellow colour combo, at least 1 DP, at least 1 ribbon and finally some embossing (either wet or dry - I used a hexagon stencil and some white embossing powder to create some 'honeycomb'). This is what I came up with.

In Our Hearts

This week my beloved grandfather passed away peacefully in his sleep at the grand age of 96. I know I'm feeling heartbroken so I can only assume how my mother is feeling at the passing of her father. As a way of processing my grief I created this card for her.
